  21.     When USR say's the modem will ONLY run in Windows, they mean it. 
  22. It wouldn't even run those DOS games if they could run in a DOS session,
  23. it will ONLY run Windows software.  Outside of windows it's just a DSP on
  24. a card, not a modem.
